The rooms are bright and wonderful, complete with exotic decor, AC, and a good view. the staff is very attentive, always going the extra mile. - the service is top-notch and includes small parking. - They offer early check-in for convenience.

I like the size of the hotel, not large.

The toilet not good. And the service not that good. The breakfast I should eat it in the restaurant!

The hotel is quiet with extremely friendly employees at the reception desk. the room I booked was kept clean and available with the bathroom and many things, especially the AC. the location was favorable, approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from Cairo Square. - There were shopping centers and a market around the venue. - the place was reasonably priced.

This place is comfy, with friendly and accommodating staff; the location is superb, close to the center and in a nice area.

The breakfast is very good, and the location is absolutely perfect really close to a shopping mall and King Fahad National library.

I liked the location, this is my third time i stay in this hotel.

When i arrived i find out that the room is not clean properly. Plus there was an employee (name Helmy), this person was very rude and does not know how to talk, i asked a question and his answer was like he is investigate with me.....!!!!! i suggest that he should take some courses about how to deal with customers.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location just next door to the biggest malls and the Faysalia tower. Staff were helpful. 3. Room was spotlessly clean. 4. There was plenty of great meals. Overall, our stay at Mena Hotel Riyadh was fantastic, thanks to its central location, helpful staff, cleanliness, and delicious meals available. It was convenient being close to major malls and attractions while enjoying a comfortable and clean room with tasty food options.

The location , the hotel is located in the center of the city of Riyadh in the main street Al Olaya street . Taxis are available .

The room service is little bit poor , sometimes I am back to my room at 5 pm and it is not yet cleaned . I had to call the room service to clean it . the first time I arrived to the hotel , my room was not ready , I had to wait for 30 min in the lobby to get my room cleaned . the room had a window facing a wall , and was very dark , I asked them the next day to change my room and they did .

I believe that tha hote is not 5-star at all. It is betewwen 3 to 4 stars.

My favorite property in Riyadh. Safe and spotlessly clean place. - Super friendly staff at reception desk. - Good and absolutely perfect location - close enough to Al Faisaliyah tower, the National library, King Fahad National library, and the center. - Near a very nice park.

room furniture very old need to change,specialy for the rate

The room was clean and neat. The food was excellent, it came with breakfast. The site is downtown and near many good attractions. Late checkout is available and rooms were large.

Staff was not very good at english. Room has automatic shutdown when you leave - everything shuts down to include the air and refridgerator, so when you return its extremely hot. While we were there they were repairing the roof very loud but stoped at 5pm.

The room was impeccably clean and brand-new with a good view and great AC. The location was perfect and excellent in the center of Riyadh. We enjoyed dining at a nearby restaurant with tasty Indian dishes.

Response time of FO staff and Engineering was good. Overall friendly atmosphere. Rather good location, well connected to the main highways.

Hotel is by no means 5*. A/C in room not adjustable, was noisy as a midsized aircraft on take off. Restaurant poor. Slow service in the lobby.Poor fitness facilites. Interior design is not edgy at all, as stated in the website. Not worth the money.
